Facesheet
- Includes information from the client's last final approved Safety Alert, Demographic Form, and Dianosis form. Also displays Primary Unit, Subunit, and SAI.
Client Roster Report
- Displays client's DOB, Units, Subunit information, Server information, Open and Close Dates, Last Service Date, and Primary Subunit.
Assessments
- Includes information from the last final approved Assessment Forms which may include AIMS, BHA, CFAR, Demographic, Diagnosis, Psych Assessment, Safety Alert, and Screening Forms. May also include Admission, Concurrent, Discharge Planning and Summary forms.
Client Progress Notes
- Includes Never-Billable, Individual, and Group Progress notes, as well as Discharge Summary Completion, PERT Informational Notes, and Progress Note Correction notes.
Client Services Listing
- Displays the client's services per Unit and Subunit, along with Server information, and Services data such as Services Code and Description, Begin Date, and Procedure Code.
Medications List
- Displays all medications, including discontinued medications along with Prescriber Information. Information on medications includes Start and End Dates, Medication Type, Medication details and Directions for Use.
Client Plan
- Show final approved versions of Client Plans, Interim Folders, and Limited Service Logs.
