Volunteered Information

We may receive information about you in various ways. For example, you must provide a first and last name, date of birth, zip code and gender in order to use this service. If you choose to receive the transcript of your chat, you must supply an e-mail address. (If you opt not to provide a chat name and other login information, you will not be able to use this service.)

Disclosure of Personal Information
